Our services are provided in combination between our offshore team of bookkeepers & accountants which are assigned to our clients in the US, UK, Europe, Australia and other countries, and our account management, professional supervision and end-to-end service, supported by state-of-the-art technology tools.

✔ You have no recruitment risk and pay only once your offshore team member is fully recruited and working to your satisfaction.

✔ You have no long-term commitment and will pay on a monthly basis only for the actual hours worked.

✔ Upon onboarding, we assign our account manager and are with you all the way, for high-level service, monitoring and supervision, professional and welfare support, and focus on our customer success.


01—Get To Know

The first step in our journey is a Zoom call to understand your business, your organizational culture, your goals and expectations, and the best fit to suit your needs.

02—Job Description

We then receive your requested job description and role definition. Our HR experts can assist in fine-tuning the requirements according to your goals and expectations. We will give you the budgeted monthly cost, which includes all elements including computer and internet, with no hidden costs. We will also give you the estimated recruitment timing, which usually takes about 4 weeks.

03—Sourcing & Screening

Our HR experts will commence the candidate sourcing through our diverse channels and perform the screening and validation, matching your requirements and the professional skills of the candidate. We will give you a status update on a weekly basis.

04—Background Checks

Our screening process includes background checks, skills, and psychological and aptitude assessments.


Once the screening process has been completed, we will present to you a shortlist of candidates, their resumes, and the monthly cost for your selection to progress to the interview stage. You are invited to interview the candidates at your discretion and preference. Our team will participate in the interview to guide and assist in the process.

06—Successful Onboarding

Once you have selected the candidate, we will sign the contract with him\her, and draft an agreement with you based on our terms and conditions. We will send you an invoice for a refundable deposit for the first month of work, and then bill on a monthly basis per the actual worked hours. Your offshore team member will start working for you in full collaboration, directly reporting to your relevant department manager. We will equip them with a computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection, and you will connect them to your accounting environment, supported by our strict data security policy and technology.

Upon onboarding, we will assign an Account Manager to be your focal point for all service matters. They will be with you all the way to a successful deployment and ongoing, high-level service.
